Elden Home Inspection is owned and operated by a construction industry veteran with decades of experience in home building, remodeling and repair.

I’m Dave Elden and I have been working in, on or around homes since before I graduated high school 38 years ago. I grew up in a construction family that goes back generations and as the saying goes “I have sawdust in my veins”.

I have gained invaluable experience in construction and remodeling that I will share with you in a clear, easy to understand manner. Every home inspector in Massachusetts must be licensed, insured and have passed educational requirements and testing. What sets Elden Home Inspection apart is my depth of knowledge.
