Dave did an awesome job. He scheduled the inspection within hours of our email, and arrived on time the day of the inspection. He is an expert of home inspection. Though it’s a new construction, he inspected it very thoroughly and carefully, explained the processes in terms we could understand, and noticed a couple of important issues that we didn’t notice/know. The whole inspection took about 2 hours (~1300 sqft). We received the electronic inspection report on the same day, which was incredibly thorough and clear with great pictures. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing a professional and complete home inspection. You would never regret!
